Honey Dragon
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Blue Duck infused with manuka honey, cinnamon & birdseye chilli
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Spray of Islay Whisky
- Orange zest twist
METHOD
Shake vodka, lemon juice & sugar syrup together, pour into coup glass, spray with whisky, flame orange twist & drop in, garnish with an edible flower
